The Big Hero 6 Join Marvel Super Heroes

27/08/2014 5:05 PMdark52

Another pair of Disney Originals are to be added to the growing collection in Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition), and yes they too do not have an accompanying Play Set. Hiro and Baymax are from the upcoming Disney film "Big Hero 6" which is due to be released on the 7th of November.

Hiro Baymax
From the heart of San Fransokyo into Toy Box 2.0 comes the brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who created "Big Hero 6." The inventor of mind-controlled microbots uses his brain as his most powerful weapon. There is no robot better suited for the Disney Infinity Toy Box 2.0 than the plus-sized inflatable Baymax. While this robot might have a huggable side, he definitely packs a hard armor shell. His Kung Fu fighting moves can ward off even the fiercest of enemies. His rocket fist, super strength and thrusters are unmatched.
Chem Capsules
Allows players to create a cloud of frost that freezes enemies right in their tracks.

Hiro and Baymax will be available from November 4th, being released at the same time as the Toy Box Starter Pack.

And Now For Donald Duck

Another brand new "Disney Original" character for Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) has been announced today at gamescom in Germany... Donald Duck! And yes, he's Toy Box only.

Another reveal for "Disney" Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) sees the addition of two classic Disney characters to the line-up, Aladdin and Jasmine from the 1992 film Aladdin. Unfortunately just like Maleficent, Merida, Tinkerbell and Stitch they are, once again, Toy Box only.

"With a scimitar and a magic lamp at his disposal, Aladdin’s brand of action is the answer to all your Disney Infinity Toy Box 2.0 wishes. You’ll want to seek out this diamond in the rough." "From within the walls of the Sultan’s palace in Agrabah, Princess Jasmine leaps into acrobatic action in Toy Box 2.0. With the help of a magic carpet, Jasmine can summon desert winds to keep enemies at bay."

While there won't be an Aladdin Play Set there will be four Aladdin themed Power Discs for you to try and find in blind bags/get too many of:

Aladdin's Magic Carpet
Your wish for flight has been granted. Soar above the Toy Box on Aladdin’s Magic Carpet with this rare Power Disc.
The Sands of Agrabah
Transform your Toy Box terrain into the dunes and desert of Agrabah.
Jasmine’s Palace View
Transform the Toy Box skyline with this Power Disc and you will feel as if you’re in the land of Agabah.
Rags to Riches
Slip on this Prince Ali costume for added style and increased riches.

And for some reason while Aladdin will be released this Fall, Jasmine is instead due out in early 2015. Look for their double pack once you've given up waiting and bought one of them already.

In other news, the full list of Achievements for the game has been revealed, they all look like they're going to be pretty straightforward to earn.
