Here is a list of all of the Green Capsules to be found in Disney Infinity's Pirates of the Caribbean Play Set along with where they are and what they unlock.
There are also several toys in the Toy Box that are unlocked only by purchasing the equivalent toy in the Play Set.
Pirates Crewman Toy Pack 1
On the docks at Pantano Bayou.
Pirates Crewman Toy Pack 2
On a rope over the dock at Buccaneer Bay.
Pirates Townsperson Toy Pack 1
Just to the left of the wooden bridge on the left of the bomb door at the start of Dead Man's Cove.

On the beach near the start of Fort St. Grande.

To the right of the ramp going up at the docks after Tia Dalma's.
